Privacy policy

We collect as little as possible. This policy explains exactly what we collect (the contact form, and nothing more by default), how we use it, and your choices.

What data we collect

By default, Chatr Fan Hub collects only what you submit through the contact form: your name, email address, chosen subject, and message. We do not run analytics or advertising by default, and we load no third-party tracking scripts.

How contact-form data is used

We use your submission solely to read and respond to your message and to improve the site (for example, acting on a correction you send). We do not use it for marketing.

No third-party data sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your contact-form data with third parties. Messages are delivered to our own inbox (info@chattrexplorer.com) via a simple server-side handler. There is no third-party form service involved.

Cookies

The site uses only necessary, functional cookies — for example, a session and CSRF token that protect the contact form from abuse. No advertising or analytics cookies are loaded by default. See our cookie policy for details and how to manage cookies.

Data retention

We keep contact-form messages only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and maintain a basic record, then remove them. Because there’s no analytics, there is no behavioural profile to retain.

Your choices

You can choose not to use the contact form. If you have sent a message and would like it removed, ask us and we will delete it. For privacy questions, contact us at info@chattrexplorer.com (via the contact form).

Changes to this policy

If we ever change what we collect — for instance, if a site operator enables analytics via the configuration file — this policy must be updated first. By default, analytics stay off.
